We want you to love your Portland Gear, but if the fit or style isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a mailer of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
